Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Punta Espada Golf Plans does not extend credit and operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or reduction in the number of players outside of 24 hours will not be charged. Once we enter the 24 hours prior to the reservation, any cancellation or reduction in the number of players will be charged to the credit card on file. 

The cancellation policy for the selected hotel varies from the golf courses and may incur a penalty fee. Please contact us if you have any additional questions on the Cancellation policy. We can be reached at 809.469.7767 or via email at reservas@golfpuntaespada.com

Prices are subject to change at the discretion of the Management * 

Transportation

Shared Transportation Service is provided: You may be paired with other golfers and/or non-golfers from other hotels or the same hotel. These Shared transportation services may make a maximum of three (3) stops at Three (3) different hotels. Hotels are in line with the golf course. Hotels that share the same driveway (Entry) are considered the same hotel.

Pickup Time / Return Time: Please note each client will receive a Pickup Time and a Return Time confirmation email. For Shared Transportation Services these times define when and where you will be picked up and returned.

Hotel

Extra adults than the allowed room occupancy are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

Upgrade to other room categories is subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

Check-in time is 3:00pm | Check-out time is: 12:00pm.

Stay Restrictions at Eden Roc Cap Cana*  

  • 7-night minimum length of stay:

    • December 26th – January 6th

  • 4-night minimum length of stay:

    • February 15th - February 22nd (President’s Week)

    • April 13th – April 19th (Easter Week)

    • November 28th – December 2nd (Thanksgiving)

    • December 24th (Christmas)

Tee-Times

A maximum of 4 players (Foursome) is allowed to play as a group. Any request or variation must be approved by the corresponding golf course on the day of play.

Tee-Time interval may vary depending on the course. The estimated interval is 10-12 minutes. The estimated duration of a Golf round is 4h30

It is the client’s responsibility to email concierge@golfpuntaespada.com: before their tee time in case of any question on any of the terms and conditions, changes, and additional requests.

Rain Check

Rain Checks are subject to each course’s availability, policy, and final decision. Each course is responsible for providing their Rain Check policy, details, vouchers, confirmation, and any additional detail or condition. 

Caddy Fees

Punta Espada

  • Use of caddy is mandatory

  • Caddy fee is included; gratuity paid in cash to the caddy

Dress Code

Proper golf dress code is required at all courses:

  • Golf/collared polos are required

  • Golf shorts or long pants

  • Golf or sport shoes

  • No jeans are allowed
